Into the depth of my mind,
He came on His own
and continuously calls me all the time.
Tell me how I shall keep away from Him?

He started calling me
right from the first dawn,
sometimes during the day
and sometimes during the night,
displaying a red glow.

Right from the appearance of dawn,
and in the ascent of the evening's star,
He calls me with the sweetness of mind.

Thinking Him to be unknown,
I did not reply to His call.
And, due to the hesitation of my mind,
I did not come within His reach.

Now, on this auspicious moment,
removing all hesitations,
and keeping myself awake,
I attained Him.
