On this pre-winter (autumn) morning,
in a golden field,
who is He who came into my dream?

Laden with dew drops,
the low-bending shiuli flowers (night jasmine)
lay on the bed of soft grass.

The white clouds seemed to be extending flowery-like from the tall grass
and became coloured red in the morning light.

The love of birds
scattered about in the blue sky.

In the core of my defeated heart,
Your ankle bells resounded.

The fragrance of pollen
emanated from Your pure and fresh feet.
