Come silently and secretly into my home
and break my deep slumber.

If, forgetting work,
I doze off, lying flat fast asleep,
with a loud voice and call,
wake me up!

Over the bakul flowers spreads a forest path.
The rising sun (Parama Purusa) smiles and tells me:

“I am there with you,
within and without the limitations of time.
Keep this assurance always with you in your mind.

Due to raindrops,
one corner of the sky is rainbow coloured
and weaves a charming web.

Yet, this is not the truth.
The sun only is reality.
To this eternal fact, listen.”
