I invoke You,
I call You,
with the sincerity of my heart
and with songs.

O ever great one,
O sun,
come into my mental canopy!

You do not come into fold where there is ego.
You cannot be bound by a broken silk thread.
You have kept the earth tied.
You appear in deep meditation.

It is impractical to explain You through intellect.
Neither is it possible to describe You via the heights of learning.
The delusion of language pulverises in the attempt.
Therefore, come, O Lord, into my hearing and meditation.
