Because of my past ignorance,
I had searched for You in various places of pilgrimage,
and in difficultly accessible mountains and caves.
But I could not get satisfaction as I did not find You anywhere.
I was left with the tiredness of frustration.
I did not understand
that You are very close and intimate to one and all,
that You are nearer than one's own's self.
I was searching for You (in isolation).
This was my blunder.
My own ones would stay near and wipe off my tears of pain.
They would share their joy by bringing light that would remove darkness.
By Your grace, now awareness has come,
my mistake is rectified.
I realise that You reside within my mind.
