He who is the pupil of all eyes,
I do know Him,
I do recognise Him.

He remains close,
yet I did not see Him.
Why did I not understand?

Blind infatuation had engulfed me,
my mind was without rhythm and I was crying.
To have my darkness removed,
and to become filled with rhythm instead,
why didn’t I call,
why didn’t He come?

At His rhythm the whole world dances.
Why should I remain alone without any rhythm?
By His effulgence planets and stars smile.
But why does He not look at me?
