Who is He, inebriating me
and moving about in the forest
with sweet and charming adornment,
merging forms with the formless?
Though I roam within and externally,
I am unable to recognise Him.
Unseen by mind stuff,
why does He come into my mind?
He shines in my heart with unseen brilliance
and provides limitless love to my mind.
It is difficult to forget Him.
Whenever I am determined no longer to think of Him,
no longer to look at Him,
and, even after Him coming near me,
not say even a word to Him,
I am then unable to restrain myself,
and, engrossed in His thought, my resolution breaks apart.
Who can explain this state of affairs to anyone?
