You know me,
but I do not know You.

You love me,
but I move selfishly,
not loving You.

You are the light of the world,
the very life of the devotees.

You are the effulgent entity
and the song of liberation.

You are always with me,
yet, I do not see You.

You are my innermost and greatest,
I am but the smallest of small particles.

You have showered Your grace,
You keep showering Your grace,
and will continue to do so.
Yet, I still don't understand You.
